OUR STORY
Global Team Staffing (GTS) was founded in October 2015. We started in the hospitality industry, and quickly gained a reputation of outstanding service with both our clients and our employees. As our company has continued to grow, we've expanded into light industrial and manufacturing, professional and administrative services, IT and engineering, as well as other industries.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
Unlike most agencies, we don't use recruiters. Our Area Managers work and communicate directly with both their clients and their employees, cutting out unnecessary middle men and streamlining the placement process. Our staff also have personal work experience in the industries we serve, providing a level of understanding that is unmatched when it comes to the needs of our clients and employees.
FLEXIBLE OPTIONS
We offer temporary, temp-to-permanent, and direct hire options for all of our clients. We also have the ability to recruit and hire remotely, including assisting with H1-B visas for specialized positions. Our services and support allow you to seamlessly increase or decrease your personnel levels as the needs of your business change over time.
